Home Air Check™ — $125
Kit includes: sampling tube, sampling pump, instructions, shipping container and pre-paid postage for returning air sample and pump kit to PATI laboratory.
Formaldehyde test — $65
Because of the unique and precise method in which formaldehyde is analyzed from the home air sample, a second sampling tube is required to test for this chemical, and therefore, a separate cost of $65 is incurred.
Please Note:
Return your Sampling Pump within 21 Days
The sampling pump included in the kit must be returned to PATI within 21 days. It is best to return the pump with the air sample to avoid incurring return shipping charges. If the pump is not shipped back to PATI within 21 days from time of receipt by customer, it will be necessary to charge your credit card an additional $200 for the purchase of the pump.

All orders are shipped UPS ground and should arrive within 7-10 business days.
