Once the air sample(s) has been analyzed in our lab, you will receive the following easy-to-read reports via email:

1) Analytical Report indicating the total level of VOCs and total level of actively growing mold
 
2) Contamination Index™ Report identifying categories of predicted sources of VOCs in your home.
 
3) Formaldehyde report (if Formaldehyde test was ordered) showing the level of this toxic chemical in your home.

Orders include all necessary materials to collect the air samples, as well as shipping containers and pre-paid postage to return the air samples to our lab for analysis.

For homes up to 2,000 sq. ft.: 1 Kit

A single Home Air Check™ test can sample up to a 2,000 sq. ft. area. Therefore, if your home is 2,000 sq. ft. or under, we recommend a single Home Air Check™ test kit.

Since the toxic chemical Formaldehyde is a concern in many homes, we recommend that you also test for Formaldehyde.

Please Note:

Return your Sampling Pump within 21 Days
The sampling pump included in the kit must be returned to Prism within 21 days. It is best to return the pump with the air sample to avoid incurring return shipping charges. If the pump is not shipped back to Prism within 21 days from time of receipt by customer, it will be necessary to charge your credit card an additional $200 for the purchase of the pump.
