Home Air Check Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with Home Air Check, simply return your item(s) within 21 days of receipt of the product. Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will refund a portion of the purchase price, if the following procedures have been followed:
Customer must promptly notify Prism Analytical Technologies, Inc. (PATI) that they are returning the kit and that they do not request a sample to be analyzed. No refunds can be given once a chemical analysis has been completed. Contact with PATI can be made via email to contact@HomeAirCheck.com or by calling 877-243-5247.
The Home Air Check kit is returned to PATI complete, with all accessories and in original packaging, and in like-new condition.
The Home Air Check kit is returned within 21 days of customer’s receipt of the package.
If all the above conditions are met, PATI will issue a refund check within 15 days of receipt of the returned kit for the purchase price minus all shipping costs (both shipping to you and return shipping) and $50 for each sample tube delivered. We must withhold $50 for each tube because once they are shipped, tubes cannot be used again unless they are recertified.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us immediately by calling 877-243-5247. While we will do our best to cancel your order before it ships, we cannot guarantee this will happen. If your order is not able to be stopped from shipping, you will be responsible for all shipping charges – both shipping to you and return shipping – as well as the $50 charge for each sample tube shipped.
