Each Home Air Check Test Kit contains a small sampling pump, and one or more sampling tubes that attach to the pump to collect the air sample. Once you have collected your air sample, you simply mail the pump and sample tubes back to us with the box and return label provided and we will analyze your sample. In about 5 days you'll receive an email with your results, telling you what we found and what you can do about it. You can also receive phone or email support should you have any questions about your results.

Return your Sampling Pump within 14 Days
The sampling pump in the kit must be returned to Prism within 14 days. It is best to return the pump with the air sample to avoid incurring return shipping charges. If the pump is not shipped back to Prism within 14 days from time of receipt by customer, it will be necessary to charge your credit card an additional $200 for the purchase of the pump.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
Most orders placed by 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will be shipped out the next business day – this includes rush shipping methods such as Next Day or 2nd Day Air. Our standard turnaround time for all analyses is 5 business days from receipt of sample. At this time, we do not offer rush analysis service. So, by choosing rush shipping on your order, you ensure that we receive your kit quickly and can get your sample into our 5-day analysis queue faster.
